I started this because businesses deserve better.

I grew up watching my dad work in payment processing for 25 years — so I basically grew up in this industry. When I got old enough I decided to do it myself and start Soltis Merchant Services. I'm 19, so I know I'm young, but I've had a front-row seat to this business my whole life. My dad's still my resource when I need backup. What I bring is that knowledge plus the energy to actually go out and help businesses — a lot of reps in this industry get complacent. I don't.

I kept seeing business owners work incredibly hard, only to have a chunk of their revenue quietly disappear into fees they didn't even know they were paying. A $99 data storage fee. A $9.95 managed security fee. A 7.75% effective rate on a low volume month. None of it necessary. All of it sitting on statements that nobody ever explained to them. That bothered me.

I'm based in Cleveland and I work with businesses all across the country. As an authorized partner of North, I have access to the same processing infrastructure as the big players — just without the bloated fees and the 45 minute hold times when something goes wrong. When you work with me you're not getting a call center. You're getting a real person who picks up the phone, knows your account, and genuinely wants your business to keep more of what it earns.
